These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, repair services, and SMS messaging program of Dr Dunns Good Game LLC (an Alabama LLC, stylized as "Dr. Dunn's Good Game"; "we," "us," "our"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
Products and Repair Services
We sell refurbished retro gaming consoles and accessories, and provide disc restoration and hardware repair services. Our Services are intended for adult collectors and hobbyists.
Returns, Warranty, and Repair Guarantee
- Refurbished consoles and accessories: 30-day functional return window from delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or non-functional.
- Hardware repair services: 30-day workmanship warranty from completion. Warranty covers the specific repair performed; pre-existing or unrelated faults are not covered.
- Disc restoration: Offered on a best-effort basis. Severely damaged media may not be fully restorable, and we make no guarantee of complete recovery for deeply scratched, cracked, or warped discs.
- Specific terms for each product or service are confirmed in writing on the order confirmation email or repair intake invoice.
Shipping & Repair Intake (Mail-In Only)
We operate as a mail-in business. We do not offer in-person drop-off or pickup. Orders ship from Daphne, Alabama via standard U.S. carriers (USPS or UPS). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout. The mailing address for repair intake is provided to customers when a repair is scheduled. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Payment
Payments are processed by reputable third-party payment processors. Payment information is handled by those processors and is not stored on our systems beyond what is necessary to fulfill the order.
SMS Messaging Program
If you opt in to our SMS messaging program through the chat widget on our website, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Dr Dunns Good Game LLC for the category or categories you selected (customer-care and/or promotional). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
